Northdoor is awarded Cyber Essentials certification in recognition of high cyber security standards.
Northdoor has again been awarded the government-backed Cyber Essentials (CE) Certification, proving our commitment to safeguarding our systems and data. Find our certification here.
Part of the Government’s strategy ‘to make the UK one of the most secure places to do business in cyberspace’ Cyber Essentials is an important tool for any business or organisation at risk of Internet-borne threats.
Companies with Cyber Essentials lower the risk of cyber-attack and offer assurance to customers that sufficient security controls are being used to reduce the risk of any breach on systems and data. Working with industry best practices is vital to protect our customers and us from current cyber threats.
To gain Cyber Essentials, an external assessment was conducted covering the five key elements of the programme to prove that we understand and implement the necessary infrastructure that protects our company systems and data. The accreditation scheme aims to help organisations implement basic levels of protection against cyber-attack, demonstrating to their customers that they take cyber security seriously.

“We are proud to have once again achieved the certification of assurance demonstrating to both our company and customers that we take cyber security seriously ensuring our policies, procedures and security measures adhere to government endorsed standards.
This certification confirms that our company’s IT systems comply with essential cyber security controls and provides assurance that Northdoor is protected against the most common cyber-attacks. A big thanks to our team for their diligence and input, without which our continual security improvement programme wouldn’t exist.”
