We are thrilled to announce that Northdoor was awarded the Big Data/Analytics Solution of the Year award at the 2023 IT Europa Channel Awards. This recognition highlights our exceptional work and innovative solutions with the NHS Trust. We are proud to have played a significant role in supporting Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust (MTW NHS) in their data analytics needs, ultimately helping them make informed decisions and improve patient care.

Empowering hospital services and enhancing patient journeys
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust wanted to modernise its business intelligence (BI) reporting capability to improve time to insight, standardise and automate report generation, allow BI self-service, and improve data security. In addition, there was a requirement to be able to share this new analytics platform with local NHS partner organisations to reduce costs.
The Trust commissioned Northdoor to design and implement a shared Microsoft Power BI P1 Premium environment and to design and develop a range of near-real-time reports and dashboards. These allow the MTW BI team to deliver faster, more accurate insights to support the management of hospital services and to provide assurance around the quality and safety of patient services, ultimately resulting in a better patient experience. Through a shorter time to insight, clinicians, administrative staff and senior managers can understand changing demand patterns faster, helping them enhance patient services.

Recognising Excellence: IT Europa Channel Awards
The European IT & Software Excellence Awards are the only pan-European awards that recognise the crucial role that Channel Partners, distributors, ISVs, Solution Providers and Systems Integrators play in delivering real-world solutions.
